Machining

The machining operations that can be performed on cast parts are manifold. Usually they make up for those necessary features of the part which can not be guaranteed by the casting process, and refer mostly to threading (housings for screws), turning (including knurling), special mechanical polishing and sanding, boring and boring of holes (to ensure perfect cylindricity).

Almost all of the machining performed on die cast parts is oriented to the coupling of these with other parts, die cast or less.
